Hey Tharr

Okay, so christmas was the other day, new years in a few days, but there's only one day I'm looking forward to.
Wednesday with my friend, I can't wait to see him. Gonna be awesome.
I seriously can't wait. Rather sad. <33333

Nothing much really going on, watching Lords of Dogtown, while the people around me are playing The Darkness, Tony Hawks Underground and Guitar Hero 5. They get sick of one and change to the other. I would go watch Lords of Dogtown in my room, but then I'll get accused of not hanging out with people. May as well do what I want to do while they're doing what they want. It works out.

Apart from the fact that they smell of smoke and complain about my movie.

Good times.

What's in the box?

Or rather strange packaging.

It's become somewhat of a tradition that for Christmas that Dad and I buy mum a pinata. There is no reason why, other then a few years ago we were stuck for ideas on what to get her when we found a pinata and thought why not. And since then, every year we've gotten her a pinata.

It started three years ago with an elmo pinata, that when wrapped up apparently looked like it was hailing Hitler. I stand by the fact that it did not, and mum was just seeing this. Last year we got her a pinata that looked like a dog, to throw her off on what it was, I wrapped it up like a dragon or something. She never unwrapped it because the 'wrapping was too awesome'.

So this year I've outdone myself and actually made arms for this wonderful pinata.

Made from toilet rolls, newspaper and duct tape. Face it, I was bored.
(I've also had a haircut, isn't it cool?)

But what's under the packaging I hear you asking...

Drum roll please.

... Why it's a dragon.

Merry Christmas all, have a safe happy holiday and a happy new year.

love Felix.

Nerdddd

Is it hot in here, or is it just me?

... Oh no wait, it's just a nerd. A NERD GETTING EXCITED OVER NERDY THINGS :D

... No not in that way, get your mind out of the gutter.

-

Okay, so yesterday my NaNoWriMo shirt arrived! I've been waiting for it since November. And it's pretty and I love it.

My next nerd moment this week (one of the many) was when I found what has to be the second coolest desk in all existence, (mine's the coolest, but this is a close second). I mean just check it out [link] Who wouldn't want a desk of Han Solo? I mean the pricetag on something like that would be rediculous! But who cares! It's Han Solo!

Another nerd moment was not the actual fact that I got my frankie magazine (which is awesome by the way) but the fact that there were multiple mentions to Star Wars and various other nerdy things I enjoy. Which left me full of glee as I nodded along and agreed to what I was reading, about Han Solo being no different to a person smuggler, but just because he's awesome at it, he can get away with it. If it wasn't for him, face it the Empire would still be here today.

Okay. So I have a desperate want to watch all the Star Wars movies back to back right now.
I also want to watch all the Saw movies back to back right now as well. Which I will do. I shall have a movie night, and I will make everyone watch all six Saw movies. I will make them cringe as I sit back and smile, clap and cheer Jigsaw on. Man I love him.

Not only that, I will freak people out by making them play Hotel 626. Which by the way, is awesome.
[link] Go play it. It's really really cool, and freaky, and creepy. But awesome.
It can only be played between 6pm and 6am but that can easily be fixed by changing the time of your computers clock. Face it, it wants you to play in the dark, so the creep factor is higher, it also asks for webcam usage so it can take a photo of you for later on in the game. It's not necessary, but it's cool.

Woah...

Woah, eight days until christmas. That's crazy. I swear just the other day it was only June.

But seriously, where has this year gone? Apparently it's been around, I have the blog posts to prove it. But my gosh has it gone quick.

Needless to say, I've got absolutely nothing ready for christmas. Christmas present for others? Not a single one.

I'm sore and tired. Spent the day with some friends yesterday, swam for most of the day then went out into the forest.
I'm covered in bruises and cuts. I don't even know what half of them are from.

Picnics in the sun...

Yeah so yesterday I went to what must have been the best picnic I have been to in a long time. Well, the only picnic I've been to since I first ended up on crutches. So it's already pretty self-explanatory why.

But seriously, we walked to the waterfall, had some lunch and then went for a swim. The first pool we swam in, the one that actually has the waterfall flowing into it, had a massive eel in it. So we got out of that one after we saw how big it was and moved onto the next pool just a little bit down from it, which had a smallish waterfall falling into it. There was another eel in that one, but unlike the other one, it didn't come near us. That's where the photo is from, the second pool.

Then we went off exploring and we found the slide waterfall, seriously dangerous, but it looked fun. We returned back to our stuff for more food, found a snake, and stayed clear of that part of the water. A few of us then went off exploring again. We walked all around. Found a rock wearing a hat. It was sun smart.

And by four o'clock, we left to head back to the carpark to be picked up.

I've got another picnic planned for Wednesday at a park with really big trees, and we're going back to a friends place for a swim, and to go exploring in the forrest at the back of her house. Needless to say, we like exploring.

R.I.P Boots <3

Well incase whoever actually reads this hasn't heard. My cat died yesterday. Best cat there ever was.

We had to put him down, he was miserable. He had cancer, he'd had surgery twice to get lumps removed in the span of a week. Yesterday we took him to the vet to get tube out of his neck and to get a bandage taken off, when the vet found another two lumps. Another one of his foot and one of his stomach. In the span of five days, he had lost half a kilo. So it was the best thing we could do for him.

It's weird, I've had Boots for fourteen years, I never thought I'd have to say goodbye to him like this. I woke up this morning and went outside to feed him...

So now I've lost both my cats, Brambles a couple of years ago, I still don't know why he died, I guess he was just old. He was seventeen. And now Boots, when we left Wagga, the vet there told me Boots was the healthiest fourteen year old outdoor cat he had ever seen, and yet in the span of month he just got so sick.

i love you boots <3 xox

Beachhhh

Yeah, spent the day at the beach yesterday. I've now lived at the beach for like six months, and that was the first I've actually gone to the beach. Every other time my friends have gone I've been busy, or it was a shit beach day.

... Like yesterday, it was freaking hot, windy and there were bluebottles everywhere. But it was still amazing fun.

Or at least it was until I realised how sunburnt I was when I got home. It's gone down now, thank god. But my left shoulder is freaking sore as.

I thought I might have gotten sunburnt way more then I did, but I didn't so it was all good =]

Walked to maccas for lunch and had a cheeseburger. My god I haven't had one of them in so long. It was soooo good.

Anyway. I think I'm having a picnic of sunday at the waterfalls, how rad is that?
